Lebanese Taekwondo Player Ward Salman Just Won A Silver Medal

Lebanese Taekwondo players are continuing their winning streak at the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games (ISSF), held in the Turkish city of Konya.

This time, the Lebanese Taekwondo player Ward Salman emerged victorious, snatching a silver medal, and bringing Lebanon’s tally in Taekwondo to 3 medals, after Laetitia Aoun and Tarek Moussally won a bronze medal each.

The Lebanese sprinter, Noureddine Hadid also participated in the ISSF, where he had a great performance in the 100-meter race, where he scored a time of 10.53 seconds in the quarter-finals.

In the 200-meter race, he scored a time of 20.89 seconds, which led him to take 3rd place in his group and qualify for the semi-finals, where he clocked 21.18 seconds, finishing 5th in the group.
