Lebanon Beat Syria 3-2 In The World Cup Qualifiers

The Lebanese football team just had its first victory on Tuesday in the World Cup qualifiers.

Mohamad Jalal Kdouh scored two goals during the additional time of the first period.

Hassan Ali Saad then scored the 3rd goal in just 8 minutes after the beginning of the 2nd half, allowing The Cedars to win 2-3 against Syria.

After two even games against Iraq and the United Arab Emirates and one defeat against Korea; this win is more than needed for the Lebanese national team to stay in the race of the World Cup Qualifiers.

Lebanon is now in 3rd place in his group, with 5 points. Syria is the last of the group with one point and Iran is the first with 10 points.
