In order to outline a more sustainable path, Lebanon’s Gargour Mobility has partnered with the global tech company Wallbox to address the demand for Electric Vehicles (EV) in the country, decrease energy consumption, and make the industry accessible to more people.

Wallbox, which leading provider in the EV industry, has been committing to provide solutions to change the world’s energy consumption. The company has also a rich portfolio of charging and energy management in more than 100 countries.

During the inauguration of this project, Mr. Cesar Aoun, Managing Director of Gargour Mobility, stated that the automotive sector is now going through “a period of dynamic evolution and offering some exciting opportunities driven by technological and social factors.”

He explained that their company is now adapting to a new market to introduce new solutions for electric vehicles. By partnering with Wallbox, his company seeks “to offer a charging solution rather than a product.”

He noted that “all Wallbox products can be managed through your mobile application.”

Wallbox shared its excitement to be working in Lebanon and helping the country adopt zero-emission vehicles.

According to Usamah Alhamad, responsible for the MENA at Wallbox, this endeavor will help with the transition to more “eco-friendly charging and energy management solutions in Lebanon.”
