The Lebanese Athletics Federation will organize the second West Asian Youth Championship in Athletics for young men and women (under 20 years old) between July 3 and July 6, 2022, at Al Jamhour Sports Club stadium.
11 countries will participate in the West Asian Youth Championship, including Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, and Palestine.
As per the state-run National News Agency, the first delegations are set to arrive in Beirut as of July 1 and leave on July 7 after the championship ends.
