With the quorum secured, the session started at 11 am this morning. Shortly after, the first voting round started with 114 MPs present. The first round ended with 39 votes for Michel Mouawad, 13 for “New Lebanon”, 10 for Isam Khalife, and 50 blank votes. The second round couldn’t take place because the session lost the quorum.
