Scheduled between September 10 to 18, the 10 group winners and the 5 best runners-up will join the host, Uzbekistan, in the 2023 Finals. Lebanon was qualified for Group I, along with Tajikistan (hosts), Cambodia, and Singapore, where the Lebanese team will play at the Dushanbe Stadium. Saudi Arabia will host Group A competitions at Prince Fahd bin Muhammad Stadium in Dammam, which includes Uzbekistan, Maldives, Myanmar, and China.
