This operation was a result of intensive cooperation and information sharing between the two countries in their ongoing battle against drug trafficking.
The General Directorate for Drug Control provided crucial intelligence, leading to the meticulous inspection of a shipment destined for Kuwait.
The drugs were ingeniously concealed within wooden sculptures inside a bulletproof container, initially sent from Lebanon to the Netherlands.
One suspect involved in the smuggling operation has been arrested, and efforts are underway to apprehend others. This seizure represents a major victory in the fight against international drug smuggling.
