The 20-year-old Lebanese athlete Omar Zaatiti won 1st place in his age group U30 in the Asian Triathlon Cup and ranked 3rd among all the participants from the region.
Organized by the Jordan Triathlon Association, the tournament was held in Aqaba, Jordan.
Omar Zaatiti is a student at the Antonine University (UA), Faculty of Sport Sciences. He was the only athlete representing Lebanon in the Triathlon.
