The Lebanese trap mixed team just won Lebanon’s first-ever gold medal at the Asian Games 2018.
The continental multi-sport event is held every four years among athletes from all over Asia. The 2018 Asian Games started on August 18 and will end on September 2. The event is being held in the Indonesian cities of Jakarta and Palembang.
The first game was launched in New Delhi, India, in 1951. Fifty-one sports are part of the program. The champion of this game is China that won 1,341 gold medals so far.

Lebanon has now four medals: one gold and one bronze in shooting. Also, 17-year-old Laetitia Aoun took home the bronze medal in taekwondo, and Domenic Abou Nader earned the silver medal in wrestling.
