As of September 2022, Bachir Ice Cream started offering its signature ice cream flavors exclusively at Zaroob, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai.

Lebanon’s Bachir Ice Cream is known for its delicious ice cream in a variety of flavors, and many items filled with the Lebanese taste including the Ashta ice cream wrapped with pistachios.

Bachir Ice Cream is a family business established by the brothers, Maurice and Edward Bachir in the town of Bikfaya in 1936.

The two brothers then married two sisters, Marie-Antoinette and Yvette Bejjani, and all four started offering authentic Lebanese ice cream in their backyard.

Since then, it has become a staple in Lebanon and expanding to many countries to bring the taste of Lebanon abroad.
