June is Pride Month where the LGBTQ+ community gathers online and offline to celebrate diversity and “love is love.”

As the world has endorsed acceptance of all people regardless of their differences, including the LGBTQ+ community, Lebanon is also opening up despite certain resistance among some.

Activism in Lebanon has been raising the voices of the LGBTQ+ community in its diversity, and more so in recent years, and societal acceptance has grown, slowly but steadily.
