The Lebanese National team participated in the CIJ MEET, an international swimming tournament in Luxemburg, between March 18 and March 20, 2022.
In an unprecedented achievement, 13-year-old Lebanese swimmer Lori Awad scores first place in addition to other awards.
Lori Awad won the following awards:
- First place and a gold medal in the 200-meter butterfly juniors.
- Third place and a bronze medal in the 100-meter butterfly.
- Fourth place in the 100-meter breaststroke.
- Fourth place in the 200m.
The 13-year-old swimmer is the first Lebanese to reach such achievement in an international tournament in Europe.
