The Lebanese University (LU)’s Faculty of Law and Political and Administrative Sciences (branch 1) won 1st place in the second national competition for Moot Courts in International Humanitarian Law and the International Criminal Court.
The competition, which was organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross, saw the LU’s student Hanin Al-Khalili winning the best pleading award.
With this victory, the Lebanese University team is now qualified to represent Lebanon in the regional edition of the competition, initially scheduled in Cairo, Egypt, next November.
