A citizen was brutally assaulted in front of a car showroom in plain daylight in Achkout, Keserwan district, on Tuesday.
The surveillance camera of the car showroom recorded the brutal scene. Three men are seen conversing at the gate when an old Mercedes car comes rushing on one of them, whacking him to the fence.
As the car slightly retreated, the targeted man is seen limping and then falling to the floor. Two men rush out of the car with iron batons and brutally attack him, hitting him repeatedly.

The reasons behind the attack are still unknown. Security forces are currently working to identify the attackers.
Lebanese activists expressed anger upon seeing the circulating video. Many voiced that those acts come due to the lack of security measures taken in Lebanon to protect the people from such brutality.
