Man who killed Lebanese girl in Canada was shot dead by Canadian Police

, 22, was found dead Sunday morning in the backyard of a house in Calgary, Canada.

confirm that Abderrahmane “Adam” Bettahar, 21, who was wanted on a warrant for first-degree murder was shot dead by the Canadian Police on Thursday night. Abderrahmane suffered from a fatal wound following a police pursuit that lasted longer than an hour. The victim went out with her friends the night before she was killed. Her family got worried because she didn’t call or text to let them know she wouldn’t be coming home which was out of character. Her sister Racha went out to search for her. She knew something bad has happened when she saw yellow tapes and police cars. Nadia’s family said that  Abderrahmane was a friend of a friend. He tried to pursue Nadia, but she did not want to be with him. Meanwhile, her loved ones are remembering how fun and loving Nadia was. May her soul rest in peace.
