On Wednesday, model Maya Aboul Hosn earned the dazzling honor of participating in Miss Universe 2023.
She’s all set to represent Lebanon at the 72nd Miss Universe pageant. The grand event is slated for November 18 in El Salvador.
Maya took to Instagram to share her excitement. “Embarking on an incredible journey to represent Lebanon in the Miss Universe competition,” she wrote. “With love and pride for my hometown, let’s shine on the global stage!”
At just 25, this media dynamo from Btekhnay isn’t just a familiar face on LBCI Lebanon—she also came incredibly close to being crowned Miss Lebanon 2022 in Beirut last year. Talk about multi-talented!
Hosn is participating in place of Yasmina Zaytoun, who won the title of Miss Lebanon 2022. Fun fact: last year’s spectacle was actually Lebanon’s first beauty pageant since 2018. The glam is back, people!
