MEDCO introduced the first electric vehicle chargers in Lebanon last December! They are available in Downtown Beirut, and they are suitable for all car models and brands. DBT, which is the European leader in fast charging terminals, installed the two 50 kW tri-standard chargers in partnership with MEDCO. These devices charge e-vehicles in 20 minutes. According to
, two more chargers will be installed in Lebanon soon. The installment of these chargers is essential to transition to e-mobility. Meanwhile, only e-drivers who live in the Downtown Beirut area will benefit from the charging terminals, but it’s a good start!
