Life is gradually returning to normal and the Lebanese community is finding itself regaining some of its traditions. On July 24th, Miss Lebanon 2022 will finally return to the screen.
The ceremony will be held this Sunday in Forum De Beyrouth at 8:30 pm. You can watch it Live on TV on LBCI or stream it online on LBCI Website or Apple TV.
Aimee Sayah, Lebanese Actress and TV host, will host the ceremony. She teased on Instagram that she will be styled and dressed by Georges Hobeika, the renowned Lebanese fashion designer.
Nancy Ajram will also be performing at the event. She tweeted that she might even be performing her new song “Sah Sah” for the very first time during her appearance.
To celebrate Miss Lebanon’s much-anticipated return, numerous billboards have filled the streets of Lebanon under the slogan “We missed celebrating Lebanon’s beauty”, which is part of the #WeMissLebanon campaign.
The event is sponsored by Pace E Luce and its owner and CEO Wassim Morkos, who commented on how he was pleasantly surprised by the contestants’ natural hair in the Instagram promo.
The auditions were held between the months of December 2021 and February 2022, during three separate castings where all Lebanese young women aged between 18 and 26 were invited to participate.
Finally, viewers can expect the same traditional categories that they will love, such as the sequence in the evening gowns and swimsuits.
However, as Rola Saad, Miss Lebanon’s executive producer stated, we can also “expect new and innovative ideas.”
