A Lebanese mother-son duo opened a casual Lebanese restaurant, naming it Nabila’s, in Brooklyn, New York.

Aiming to showcase the mother’s cooking, bringing the Lebanese taste to the Brooklyn community, the restaurant offers a wide array of Lebanese cuisine in a sleek and modern restaurant.

From Hummus, Mouhamara, Sambousik, and Beef Kibbeh, to Sfeeha, Malfouf, and not missing the Lebanese delicious desserts, like Knafeh Ashta, Atayef, Maamoul, and Namoura, the Brooklyn community can expect a culinary treat of a kind.

Nabila, after all, is not new in the culinary business and her catering prowess has long preceded the opening of this new restaurant with her son.

Born in Beirut, Nabila learned to cook from her mother and grandmother.

After fleeing Lebanon during the 15-year civil war, she kept those recipes for years until she decided to open a small storefront and turned it into a Lebanese catering business that gained popularity.

Nabilha’s restaurant is located on 248 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, and opens from Wednesday to Sunday, from 5:30 pm until 9:30 pm.
