Following the assault by the Justice Palace’s guards on the Beirut Port blast protestors and the opposition MPs, MP Adib Abdel Massih is demanding consequences.
MP Adib Abdel Massih demanded “the immediate imprisonment of all the Minister of Justice’s security forces and the latter’s resignation.”
MP Adib Abdel Massih said that during the meeting, law enforcement personnel inside the Ministry assaulted the lawmakers. He said they hit MP Waddah Sadek and tried taking their phones away.
The MPs were meeting with the caretaker minister Henry Khoury in the Justice Palace where they were demanding he acts following the judicial clashes.
