Lebanon’s Acting Interior Minister Bassam Mawlawi has announced the reopening of the Nefaa facility in Dikwaneh, months after its closure due to a judicial corruption scandal.
Following an inspection tour with the Acting Director-General of Traffic Management and Vehicle Registration, Marwan Abboud, and the Acting Head of Vehicle Registration, Colonel Khaled Youssef, Mawlawi affirmed that the cleansing operation was successful.
Citizens are reportedly expressing satisfaction with the improved process of conducting their transactions.
