Beirut Arab University’s Life Support Center (BAULS) was awarded earlier this month the certification of the first Lebanese reference center of the American Heart Association (AHA) in the Middle East and North Africa, during the Annual MENA Summit held in Dubai.
The AHA Middle East and North Africa (MENA) celebrated the winners, successes, and accomplishments of several facilities during its annual summit. Beirut Arab University was announced as one of the Reference Centers for their support to the network throughout the MENA region.
Beirut Arab University announced the news in a statement on their website and their official social media platforms: "The BAULS Center (Beirut Arab University Life Support) was approved as the first Lebanese reference center for the American Heart Association in the Middle East and North Africa, during the annual conference held in Dubai on December 9."
The statement indicated that the center will work in the next stage to provide the following advanced services:

• Haykel Hospital, Tripoli
