The Lebanese Law graduate, Nour Bou Abboud, has recently scored the highest national standing in the Lebanese Bar.
The Notre Dame University (NDU) alumna, who graduated with a Bachelor in Law in 2019, has furthered her academic career after receiving a Master’s degree from La Sagesse University.
According to NDU’s press, Nour Bou Abboud expressed that practicing law in Lebanon, which is undergoing instability, is hard, yet she will try to be responsible to her generation to help the country’s legal system.
She also stated that working as a lawyer is rather a challenge “in a country where, in many ways, the law is misused or neglected.”
Nour is currently working to take her career options day by day and is now “leaving it up to God,” as she said, adding: “So for now, I’m going to work and see where that leads me.”
