Dr. Abbas Al-Halabi, the Minister of Education and Higher Education, announced that only schools situated in villages directly adjacent to Lebanon’s southern borders will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, 10/19/2023.
The directive applies to both public and private educational institutions, as well as vocational schools.
Schools in other districts will continue their regular schedules. Al-Halabi urged citizens to stay updated with the ministry’s announcements for any changes.
