In an emotional moment captured on live television, the owners of businesses burnt down by Palestinian protesters broke down.
Their anguish was palpable as they spoke about the devastating impact on their livelihoods. Notably, 12 gas cylinders were removed under fire conditions, preventing a major blast.
Additionally, 10 families who were living off a furniture store are now left without a source of income, and 250 people were forced to leave their places, noting that the building contained dorms for students.
One of the owners poignantly stated, “We’ll join you to Jerusalem, but don’t impose on the livelihoods of people.”
