The Lebanese Association for Parents of Students in Foreign Universities carried out a sit-in in front of the Banque du Liban branch in Tripoli.
They indicated that their move aims to have the Banque du Liban and the banks accept the legal transfer requests, open the accounts that have been closed, and open accounts for the families of students who do not have accounts.
They stressed that they will proceed with movements and sit-ins at various levels until their demands are met.
