Change MPs Melhem Khalaf and Najat Saliba announced their sit-in earlier today after the Lebanese parliament failed to elect a president for the 11th time in 3 months.
The MPs have announced that they will not be leaving until a president is elected.
Since then, multiple MPs have joined the sit-in but none will be sleeping there.
MPs present told 961News that they plan to return in the morning to continue supporting MPs Khalaf and Saliba in their continuous sit-in.
