With the phrase Lemon Doubly spreading haywire across social media in Lebanon, the Cocktail Lab has now started offering a new drink called “Lemon Doubly”.
And just like the hashtag that trended on Twitter, the drink has been gaining popularity, selling over 100 units in the first 2 days.
The phrase Lemon Doubly comes from the Lebanese president, Michel Aoun, during his speech in English on the Beirut Blast Memorial day, when he lethargically pronounced “lamentably” in two words; lemon doubly.
This isn’t the only Lemon Doubly drink now kicking off in Lebanon. The Lebanese are just going wild with their usual humor, creating their own recipes and sharing them on Twitter.
