Sunset is a restaurant cluster which will gather food, shopping, and entertainment in Ramlet El Bayda. It will be completed in spring 2020, according to
. Sunset will be Beirut’s first sea-view cluster. It will include:
- Restaurants
- Cafes
- Pubs
- A kid’s playground
- A beauty spa
- Outlets
- Parking for 350 cars
The 3,600 square meters food hub will cost $25 million, excluding the cost of the land. It will create 400 job opportunities. The total built-up area is 10,000 square meters. The cluster will be located right next to the Mediterranean coastline.
