Lebanese security sources reported to local media that a rocket was launched from the area of Ras El Ain, south of Tyre, into northern Israel.

The IDF confirmed that a rocket landed in an open area in north Israel and loud explosions were heard near the town of Shlomi at the border, but no warning instructions were given to the residents as the alerts in the region were not activated.

Tensions have been also escalating in the south of Israel with rockets recently fired from the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army responded with airstrikes.
