The Lebanese Safa Women Football Team won the second WAFF Women Clubs Championship after beating Jordan (3-1) in the final match at Prince Mohammed Stadium in Zarqa, Jordan.
Safa Women’s Football Team was 2nd in the group stage, opening the scoring through Yara Bou Reda in minute 12.
However, the Jordanian team equalized the score in the 40th minute.
According to Arasportslb, minute 46 carried the goal of progress for the Safa Team through Angy Saad, along with Leah Hashem who concluded the match in minute 80.
Noting that the Safa’s players presented impressive team play, which enabled them to win the title.
