Schools In South Lebanon Will Stay Closed For The 3rd Day

Due to escalating security and military tensions at the Lebanese-Israeli border, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Dr. Al-Halabi, has declared that all public and private schools, secondary schools, and vocational schools will remain closed on Thursday 12th October 2023.

This is the 3rd day schools in districts near the southern border will stay closed.

Dr. Al-Halabi urges the public to stay updated with the ministry’s announcements for any changes in the situation, as they aim to safely commence the academic year.
