After undergoing temporary closure for its annual maintenance and in response to a recent incident involving a collision between two cabins due to a technical malfunction, the historical Teleferique of Lebanon has undergone a comprehensive renovation effort.
With full maintenance and repair by international experts, the Teleferique has received approval from the Council of Ministers to resume its operations, marking its reopening this weekend.
Operating daily, except on Monday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the Teleferique remains a cornerstone of Lebanon’s tourism landscape.
Since its inception in 1965, the Teleferique has become one of the country’s most beloved attractions.
Visitors are treated to panoramic views of the Jounieh Bay and the surrounding cityscape, serving as a poignant reminder of its enduring allure and historical significance.
