that “The Insult” is back in Lebanese movie theaters starting today! This movie was such a huge success that it was
nominated for Best Foreign Language Film
for the 90th Academy Awards two days ago! By the way, it’s Lebanon’s first nomination, and we’re very excited! “The Insult,” a film by Ziad Doueiri, represents the relationship between a Christian Lebanese and a Palestinian refugee in Lebanon. Tony (Adel Karam) and Yasser (Kamel El Basha) have a fight that leads them to a courtroom. The ceremony of the 90th Academy Awards will take place on March 4! Fingers crossed!
