Three men were arrested by the Lebanese Internal Security Forces (ISF) for drug trafficking. They confessed to being operated by a drug dealer in Georgia, according to the ISF in a statement.
The drug ring operated primarily in Beirut and Mount Lebanon but also covered other regions.
One of the arrested individuals was reportedly in possession of amounts of cocaine and marihuana that he was selling out of his car.
The second individual was reportedly selling cocaine and marihuana out of his car in Adonis, Kessrewan.
The third individual was selling the drug Captagon in Batroun and was arrested while in possession of an electronic cigarette containing cannabis oil.
