After beating Kazakhstan, Bahrain, and Korea, Lebanese Charbel Farah won the Junior Male Welterweight gold medal, defeating Uzbekistan in the finals of the Asian IMMAF championship 2022, held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
Toni Bou Rached, another Lebanese MMA fighter, also shined during the championship, achieving good results, which led him to win a bronze medal.
The IMMAF’s Asian championship hosted participants from various countries, including Bahrain, Hong Kong, India, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Phillippines, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, UAE, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Lebanon.
