Weeks earlier, UAE and Bahrain “made history in the MENA region” by signing a peace agreement with Israel and normalizing further relations, thus following in the footsteps of Jordan and Egypt.
Now, both countries are fast-forwarding the initiation of the new relationship.
Following a White House Ceremony that formalized the ties of both countries, tourism ministers of Israel, Asaf Zamir, and Bahrain, Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani. publicized their phone call where they discussed potential ventures, “including three-way travel packages involving the UAE,” an official statement issued.
Zamir claimed to be hopeful of initiating tourism between his country and the United Arab of Emirates early next year. “Agreements to do with visas and tourism are at an advanced stage, and the two sides are expected to reach a deal soon,” al-Ittihad quoted the Israeli minister.
In addition, Reuters reported that Emirates Flight Catering has issued that it will set up a factory, Kosher Arabia, dedicated to producing Jewish food starting from January.
