Lebanese nationals that are living abroad can register to vote in the 2018 elections online. The prospective voters can register in three ways:
register online via the Lebanese Diaspora Vote website.
register online via the MOFA mobile application which is available on iTunes and Google Play.
visit the nearest Lebanese embassy.
After registering, the voter will be asked to fill out more forms. The Ministry of Interior in Lebanon will check the information and accept or decline the application. The website is available in many languages which are Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. This is a great initiative which will give the opportunity for the Lebanese citizens who are residing outside of Lebanon to exercise their right and their duty to vote.
Registration closes on November 20 at 11:59 PM Beirut local time.
