For International Women’s Day, celebrated yearly on March 8th, United Nations Lebanon and Gender Working Group Lebanon, invite women to participate in the webinar about women and girls leading the fight against climate change to build a more sustainable future for Lebanon.
The webinar is supported by the European Union, Canada, England, and the United States, “to honor the women in Lebanon who are leading the fight against climate change and working to build a more sustainable future for the country and the global community”.
To celebrate the occasion, the organizers will also launch a virtual photo exhibition to recognize the nine women who are making a greener and more sustainable future for Lebanon.
The webinar will take place in Beirut, on March 8, 2022, at 11:00 AM (Beirut Time).
