The Cabriolet Film Festival 2022 announced its 14th Edition under the theme of “Weird” aiming to represent people’s freedom to express their feelings, redefine the definition of normality, and use talent to fight against fear and oppression.

The “Weird” theme also comes to reflect how acceptance has become a “hidden force behind success” during the crises in the country.

For 13 years, the Cabriolet Film Festival has been screening different views around a specific theme, inspired by Lebanon’s journey through challenges and daring and painful directions

This year, it will be screening more than 20 short films from local and international directors in the open-air setting of St. Nicolas Stairs in Gemmayze.

The screening will take place on Friday (June 3), Saturday (June 4), and Sunday (June 5) at 8:00 p.m.
