Mankitail is a community of Lebanese runners who train together every week. This group’s goal is to promote active health and self-improvement. Nine members of Mankitail will participate in the fourth edition of The Speed Project (TSP) which is a 550-km-race that will start in Los Angeles and end in Las Vegas. The runners will race through the infamous “Death Valley.” The 48-hour-race will be preceded by intense training which will last for three months. Mankitail is the only team from the MENA region that will take part in TSP. It will compete against more than 35 international teams and running communities.
