The Lebanese telecommunications company Alfa launched on Monday “Care Line,” a special prepaid plan for healthcare workers in Lebanon.
In a statement, Alfa said the plan provides subscribers with discounts up to 76% on various services.
Doctors, dentists, and nurses in Lebanon are eligible to benefit from Care Line, provided that they are members of their respective syndicates.
Care Line consists of two plan options with different features:
Care Line 20: Offers discounts up to 76% and includes 180 minutes of local phone calls, 3 GB of mobile data, and 300 SMS messages, for $20 of credit, monthly.
Care Line 35: Offers discounts up to 63% and includes 240 minutes of local phone calls, 5 GB of mobile data, and 240 SMS messages, for $35 of credit, monthly.
The plan was launched in coordination with the Lebanese Ministry of Telecommunications and is valid from March 1st, 2021 until the end of 2021, Alfa said.
The company noted that that work is underway to launch a separate Care Line plan for postpaid lines as well.
