The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces (ISF)- Public Relations Division announced the arrest of a drug promoter that has been operating in the areas of Metn and Kessrwan.
The arrested suspect, identified as J.H (born in 1986, Lebanese), has also a criminal record for theft and drug crimes.
ISF arrested him while he was peddling drugs in the Dbayeh locality on a black Kia car.
The inspection of his car revealed several illegal substances, including cash:
- 4 plastic boxes containing cocaine, each weighing about 4.8/g.
- 38 paper envelopes with cocaine inside, each envelope weighing about 1.8g.
- 55 “plastic bowl” containing cocaine, each weighing about 4.1g.
- 4 “plastic bowls” containing cocaine bass, each weighing about 4.2/g.
- An amount of 17,800,000 Lebanese pounds, 370 US dollars, and a cell phone.
Later, he confessed to what was attributed to him in terms of drug promotion for several drug users in various places in the Metn and Kessrwan regions.
The ISF seized the items as well as the car and the legal requirement was carried out against him.
