Sculpture of Saint Charbel in Faraya from above!

Faraya is the home of the

largest statue

of Saint Charbel in the world. The sculpture was sanctified on September 14, which happened to be Feast of the Cross Day. It’s now a famous destination for Lebanese pilgrims as well as

Israeli Christians

who have made pilgrimages to in the past 100 years. Michel G. Khoury shot an amazing video of the sculpture which is standing on a snow-capped mountain in Faraya! Turn up the volume and watch!
