On Saturday, Lebanese authorities successfully caught over a dozen terrorists in a massive raid, reportedly killing 13 in the process. However, at least 2 terrorists were reported to have fled.
It seems that in relation, a terrorist attack was just carried out against the army at the Araman base in Deir Aamar – North Lebanon.
According to a statement by the Lebanese Army, the terrorists opened fire from their car towards the guards, resulting in the death of two soldiers and the apparent injury of others.
According to preliminary information, the two Lebanese army martyrs are Mohamad Khaled Al-Nachar and Ahmad Sakr.
Officers responded to the attack and one of the terrorists was killed while the others fled.
Authorities are on the chase to catch the fugitives.
