Worldwide musician Yanni captivated everyone's hearts in this Beirut concert. The International star played the crowd's favorite music: The End of August, Santorini, Until the Last Moment, and many others...

Yanni's interaction with each and every member of his band was admirable, something that we are used to witnessing from him. We do watch him on youtube when we miss him, or when we're thirsty for his amazing music, which is often... But this is not Yanni's first time in Lebanon, and we sure hope it won't be the last. Yanni loves Lebanon and he had no restraint in saying it often.

During the concert, Yanni expressed his willingness to visit Lebanon again and again, which triggered a huge happy uproar from the crowd, and so more when that music icon so loved in our country said to the audience, "You are an amazing, warm, intelligent, sensitive, incredible people and you live in an amazing country ...and I just wanna see you become great...Move on...Go up, up...and I will keep on coming year after year after year..."

His Lebanese fans that night couldn't get enough of his genius music, his vibrant energy, and his warm love. We do get countless of internationally famous performers in Lebanon, but Yanni proved to be so different, so genuine in expressing his love to our country, and his happiness to performing in Beirut.

Yanni had previously pointed out, in a press conference, at the importance of arts, and music in particular, in making a beautiful cultural, interracial "mix." He wished for Beirut Holidays Festival more and more success, as well as "eternal peace" for Lebanon and its "lovely, friendly people."

It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words, so how about we share with you an adorable video that Yanni took at waking up the first morning of his arrival in the middle of our beloved capital, and that's worth a billion words?!

We love you too, Yanni!
